1. Scope

These terms apply to your sign-up for a guestlist or purchase of guestlist/ticket access via GetGuestlist (operated by Avery Digital FlexCo, Vienna).

2. Contractual partner

The event organizer is your contractual partner for participation in the event or ticket purchase, not Avery Digital FlexCo. GetGuestlist provides the technical platform only.

3. Service

Upon successful sign-up (and payment if applicable) you acquire the right to be listed on the guestlist or admitted according to the organizer’s terms. The organizer is responsible for the event, house rules, changes and admission decisions.

4. Sign-up

• You must provide accurate information.
• Minimum age: 16 (unless the organizer requires otherwise).
• Sign-up is personal and generally non-transferable unless the organizer allows otherwise.

5. Payment

For paid guestlists, payment is processed via Stripe to the organizer (Stripe Connect). Avery Digital FlexCo may charge a platform fee shown in the price display.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

For leisure events on a fixed date, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal under Austrian FAGG. Cancellation, rebooking and refunds are governed solely by the organizer’s terms. Contact the organizer for refund requests.

7. Liability

Avery Digital FlexCo is only liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. The organizer is liable for the event itself.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy applies.

9. Applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna where permitted by law.
